Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact us if additional assistance is needed.
